Changeover and Laundry Service:

Cleaning

We will be responsible for the cleaning of your property to the highest standard between rentals and ensuring that everything is in order for incoming guests. Any problems - such as blown light bulbs will be dealt with promptly.

Changeover cost - per size of property and Distance.

€66 (based on a property of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms).  This figure is meant as an indication only it assumes average sized rooms.

We will

 Issue a full cleaning checklist for your property to include
    •Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces.
    • Check all lights
    • Clean fridge
    • Remove any provisions
    • Ensure terrace and outside furniture is clean
    • Clean Hob and oven trays
    • Replenish supplies toilet rolls, soaps, cleaning materials

Supply a Report by email after every changeover including photographs.

Laundry

Change, wash, dry and iron bedding (quilt cover, sheets, pillowslips)
Change wash and dry one bath and hand towel per person.

€10 per person

 Pricing based on owner-providing bedding and towels.

Cleaning and laundry products charged separately.

We only use eco friendly products.
