In the first instance we can do a review of your property to include items you will need to purchase, what work will need to be done before the first guests arrive, costing and budget analysis and envisaged potential income.  We try to take a realistic viewpoint of current trends and not simply offer you figures to impress.

Advertising 

 As one of the gîtes we manage your property will have prominence on our own advertising portal www.burgundyholidayrentals.com In addition we will discuss an advertising budget with you and make appropriate recommendations for how this budget can be used to its fullest advantage. We can also prepare your adverts including photographs and place adverts for you.

Management

We can handle all of your enquiries, process bookings and deal with customers all the way through the process  right up to the return of the security deposit.

We can produce a Gîte guide for your property to give your guests all the  information they will need during their stay.

Web-sites

We can design a website to your specification, arrange domain name, hosting and take photographs. We prefer to use your personal words but are quite happy to write these for you if you wish.
